1/2 kg lamb or Mutton chops, flattened a little 

2 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste 4 Green chillies 

3 tbsp - Coriander leaves 

1 tsp - Cumin seeds

2 Cloves 

2 Cardamom 

2 pieces - Cinnamon

1/2 tsp -turmeric powder 

Salt to taste 

3 tbsp - oil 

3 potatoes, cut into quarters 

2 onions, sliced finely 

1/2 cup Coconut paste

  • READY IN 30 mins


Grind the green chillies, coriander leaves, coconut, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and cumin seeds with vinegar to a smooth paste in a blender.

Heat oil in pressure cooker and fry the onions till golden brown.

Add the meat, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and fry for some time.

Now add the ground paste, salt and mix well.

Keep frying on low heat till the oil separates from the mixture.

Add the potatoes, sufficient water and pressure cook for 15 mins.

Serve hot.
