Strawberry pudding

Ingredients

1 tin condensed milk (400g)

2 tins strawberry cream (170g each tin)

Around 20-24 strawberries washed and sliced (remove the stems)

2 packs strawberry/ raspberry/ cherry gelatin (85g) whatever is available

  • COOK 5 mins
  • READY IN 240 mins

Directions

1. Blend the condensed milk and strawberry cream together for about 1 minute till it blends well together

2. Take a deep glass dish and empty the contents of the gelatin pack in it

3. Follow instructions on the pack to prepare the jelly (pour 500ml boiling hot water onto the dish

and stir the gelatin well till dissolved, then pour 500ml cold water in the same dish and gently stir it)

4. Then pour in the condensed milk and cream blended mixture into the dish and gently stir into the gelatin liquid

5. Pour in the sliced strawberries, mix in and space it evenly into the dish

6. Keep the dish in the refrigerator for about 4 hours to set till the pudding is formed
