Drumstick and meat ( Beef) curry


1/2 Kilo Meat


Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoons

2 teaspoons cumin powder

3 table spoons coriander powder

Chilli powder according to the spice you require

1/4 table spoon teaspoon powder

2 teaspoons sweet paprika for color

salt to taste

  • PREP 10 mins
  • COOK 20 mins
  • READY IN 30 mins


Put one cup of oil in then slice one onion and put into the hot oil and fry till brown then put the ginger, garlic paste (two tablespoons each) then put 2 teaspoons of cumin powder, 3 teaspoons of coriander power, chilli powder according the spice you require, then put 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder and 2 teaspoons sweet paprika for colour, salt to taste now mix all this with 1/2 cup of water and brown well, after this put the meat and two cups of water in and cook till soft but make sure you don't cook it too soft the put the cut drumsticks in and cook it till the drumsticks are cooked make sure you have enough as gravy. Serve this with hot rice.
